The left turn signal blinks very fast while the right one blinks at a normal rate. How do I fix this?? I have changed the fuses and all the lights work properly. Is there a signal relay unit somewhere that I may be missing? it's an 04 Tahoe.

I had the similar situation with my 03 S10 , turned out to be combination switch. The lever on the the left that's used to activate the turn signals.
