I have a 2003 Trailblazer EXT with the 3rd row seating. During the course of my loading many things into the back and constantly lowering and raising the 3rd row seats, I have broken the receiving end of the right side seat belt buckle and the assembly parts went flying. I've taken a look at the unit and I see that the buckle itself is not bolted to the seat or the floor but is a permanent part of the seat back assembly. Before I head off the dealer, I wanted some opinions alternate options to replace the broken assembly. I can't find anything under the various dealer parts sites and I would hate to think that I will end up having to replace the entire back seat. I fear this will not be a simple fix even from used parts.
