Does this thing actually work? I have an 07 Tahoe. What can I do to increase horse power and gas milage. I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff.

Not really. They are supposed to boost gas mileage, but with vortec engines, they are practically useless. A cold air intake, aftermarket exhaust, and a power programmer will gove you a decent boost.

It does the same thing a throttle body spacer does.......Nothing but make noise!!!
