i have a 90 k2500 4wd. i have a question. i was thinking of lifting the truck three inches in the front and one inch in the rear. the truck came with a mean rake from the factory and looks nose heavy. i was thinking of cranking the torsion bars up in the front and then putting blocks in the rear. i do realize the truck will ride much firmer. my question is....Is this a good idea or no can the stock shocks take that kind of a lift?

i really wouldnt go no more than 2 inches on the t-bars, that is still goin to give a firmer ride and  u will have to get it aligned if they can align it ( a good shop should get it close) but as for the block in the back it shouldnt compromise the ride to much. hopr that helpd u
