Sounds good!  I cant wait to see it with all the parts installed.  Make sure to post pictures when the process is complete or while you are in the process.  Good Luck.

Looks good.  Do they stick out farther than stock or is it just the camera angle?

Had it since September of '06... Slapped the 22's on it with the 35x13.50xR22 Super Swamper IROKS... and besides it being a gas guzzling, pocket raping kind of ride, I LOVE IT! ha.

They do stick out a little further than stock because of the offset.  The back isn't as noticable, but the front is.  It all depends on the angle as well.  I'll get some more pics up when I get some time.

Might consider flaps or some 3M paint film to protect the lower body panels then.

Mudmaniac that looks like a heck of alot of fun!  I have owned 2 Jeeps prior to my Tahoe and I absolutely love to go wheelin'.  I even sunk my Jeep in a river once...Oops!

It's a blast!
Last year was my first time entering a Mud Bog competition, I went to 5 events and came home with 4 Trophys.
I'm hooked.

Mudmaniac - You da man! Honestly, it would make me puke if my Tahoe got that dirty. Use mine as more of a people hauler. Looks like fun though!

Nice "03"
I'm running a 6" Rough Country lift. I needed to slightly trim the bottom corner of the front bumper and the fender flare at the rear of the front wheel well to allow clearence for the Boggers.

Welcome to the Tahoe forum.  Most CAI that I've seen test results for typically add a few hp but it's near the upper end of the rpm band.  Not sure how much benefit that is for most of us.

nice tahoes guys ive always wanted to go offroading with mine but i decided to go with bigger rims instead i dont know why..
but i have a question
i wanna get 22-24" rims but i dont know what the offset has to be and if i put 305/40/22 or 305/30/24 will the tire rub? will i have to trim?
and is there still a gap from the top of the tire to the top of the fender and if so how much would i need to lower to get rid of it?

You'll be surprised how many Tahoes and Suburbans there are in Norway! They are actually pretty reasonable to buy here, not compared to the states off course, but compared to other 4X4's like Toyota or Nissan. Gasoline prices slaugther you though (9$ a gallon), thankfully mine runs on LPG wich is pretty cheap here. I've only owned this car for about two months, but I love it to bits!!
I'm in Telemark, wich is pretty much in the middle of southern Norway.
