Does anyone know how to get rid of the seatbelt chime that goes off every time you start the car. Even if there is a way to cancel once the car is running would be great.

Yeah at low speeds in town, when you roll the truck, it only throws you about 20-30 feet.

I just hope that doesn't disable the sensor in your seat telling the computer someone is sitting there. Won't be too pretty when you do crash and the airbags don't deploy.

I tried this in m 06 Silverado without any luck. When I turned the ignition to the ON position, it simply gave me an airbag maintence message and the seat belt light still came on; you are talking about unhooking the plug with the blue connector on the side you have to slide out first, correct?

I really have to wonder what the bid deal is about taking half a second to throw your seat belt on?

You guys are probably the same people who wouldn't dream of placing a child (any child) in your automobile without the proper safety restraints.........aren't you?

Its more likely a control issue ZX...they dont like being told what to do...they feel they must have control of their lives...
