Removing the door panel?

I want to replace all the speakers in my 06' cobalt, how do you remove the door panel and the rear deck piece that covers the rear 6x9 speakers?

Ew... removing door panels are tricky. I have seen people remove them time and time again, only to damage them and/or cause them to start squeaking and/or rattling. They are difficult to get back into place properly I have heard.
