Radio DVD HELP!!!!

I have a 2007 Tahoe LTZ.
 
It has a Normal Radio DVD with rear screen entertaiment.
 
When i put a DVD to see a movie it show me in the radio screen WRONG ZONE.
 
My Tahoe was made in Canada. I put an USA DVD.
 
I want to know, What's the problem with this? How can i change the zone in the Radio DVD?
 
How can i resolve this problem? The case is right because when i put a Music CD in the DVD hole i can listen it. So the problem is with the Movies DVD.

Welcome to the Tahoe forum.  The first thing that comes to mind is maybe Canada has a different region from the US which is #1.  But I see that's wrong: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DVD_region_codes
 
Try searching on this forum as I seem to remember a similar question some time ago.
 
I didn't know they built Tahoes in Canada.  Thought Janesville, WI and Arlington, TX were the two plants that made them.

Have the dealer use Tech-2 and SIS to reprogram the radio, making sure that they select Region #1 in the menu, this is covered under the 3/36 new car warranty provided the radio was OEM.
