I have a 02 Impala LS and I'm starting to have problems with my passlock. I have a remote starter installed into it and for some reason when i try to start the vehicle with my key, it takes me at least 20 trys or more just to get the damn thing started. I've been to the dealers and had them replace the passlock. While they were replacing it, I explained the problem to them and, they told me to remove my remote starter from the vehicle because its interferring with the passlock. My question is.....is there any way I can keep the remote starter without it having to interfer with the passlock system? If anyone has experienced a problem like this, I am up for any suggestions. Thank You!

PS: FYI I have a Code Alarm remote start system.
