Just bought a new 07 Cobalt LS coupe 5spd
I like the car but hate the factory RIMS and wheel covers looking to buy some aftermarket rims as soon as possible
my car has 195/60R-15 tires
wanting to go up to 16 inch rims with 205/55 R tires
wondering if this would affect my warranty

adding rims andtires wont affect your warranty at all, just make sure they fit....and dont rub, depending on wheel offset they may rub on the inside,

But no adding them wont affect nothign

Little late...but info for other Cobalt owners:

Go to sites like tirerack.com or discounttires.co and use their databases to find the wheels and tires that will fit your car.  I replaced my 06 LS's steelies with Borbet wheels (same size -- 15") from tirerack.com, used the original tires, and was happy with the ride and handling.
