Need Rear wiper assembly 2007 tahoe

I went through the car wash and it ripped off the rear wiper assembly. I can't find it anywhere. Anyone know where I can come accross one? Any help is appreciated I have an 07 Tahoe. Yes, I know car wash is bad, it is a company vehicle.
