ok im getting a 350 for my 74' nova and i was thinkin if i should get it supercharged our twin turbo?

Turbos are more efficient, but the roots style super charger goes more with the car.

i mean like $$$-hp ratio?

$ to hp ratio, supercharger. But turbos can be tuned infinately as opposed to a super charger. You can only adjust boost by the pully.
