Memory Seats Not Working

Now that I have a place to ask I'll ask my questions.
 
My remote keys and memory seats do not work MOST of the time.  I am sure that this will have to be a dealer fix, but will this be a big ticket item or something I should just get done?
 
I guess I should feel like a lazy a$$ for not even being able to adjust my own seat.

should be a quick fix.  see if you service dealer will hook you up next time you are in for a oil change.
