if the tv cable is adjusted wrong will the transmission feel like it has no power. low line pressure?

The Throttle Valve (TV) cable used on the THM-700-R4 Transmission controls line pressure, shift points, shift feel, part throttle downshifts and detent downshifts.
Any one of (or all of) these can be effected by an improperly adjusted TV cable but the biggest problem that an improperly adjusted TV cable will cause is the transmission to fail.
Take the time and make sure that you have it precisely adjusted.
Do you have the instructions on how to adjust the TV cable?
