Lifted 05 quad cab

wondering if anyone has seen the 05 quad cab lifted?  I just recently purchased one and am looking for ideas.

there are several around here most are slighlty bulldogged (higher in front than back) they look realy agresive i like the look most have over 18 inch wheels
