keyless remote programming

I just had the recall 07007 done (reprogramming BCM).  Now one of my keyless remotes (the one I didn't bring to the dealer) doesn't work.  Does anyone know the trick to reprogramming the remote?  Or am I going to have to bring it back to the dealer?

Owner's manual tells you how to do it.
