Hey all,

Just signed up.  I just came across this site and it looked really cool so I figured I'd sign up!

Just a little about myself...I'm currently working in marketing living in the DC area.  I just recently purchased a Sky Redline..(I know, I know, it's not a Chevy...but it's a GM!!)

Look forward to chatting with everyone!

Thanks guys.  yeah I'm still thinkin about if I want to mod it or not.  apparently there's a wastegate mod you can do that will add 11whp by tightening the gasket so it doesn't loose boost into the exhaust.  gotta look into it some more still...

It is nice! I like it! Some 20" aftermarket chrome or black/chrome wheels would be a nice simple mod for it. Something by BBS would be nice on it without looking tuner.

I've been hearing that a lot from people...are BBS rims really popular now or something?  I don't know if this style would really look good on my car though...

Welcome to the forum!! BBS Rims are very good quality, I use to have some on my old car. I like that rim pattern. Can you do a staggered fitment on your car? A deeper rear lip maybe polished or chrome would look really good and would add a nice contrast to the rim color. Just a thought.

yeah i've seen offset rims for the Sky.  The people who do the ls2/ls7 conversions usually get bigger rims on there as well...with the big lips.  they look really nice.  I'm still waiting for my intake to come in...once that's in I'll work from there.
