Is this a good buy?

Hello, Im new here and Im also new to Camaros. Im looking at a 1999 Z-28 LS-1 (Vette Engine 305h.p.)convertible, triple black, GM Y3F appearance package with 56000 miles. The guy wants 12500 for it. Is this a good buy or should i look for something else?

What does the LS-1 mean? I couldnt find that anywhere.

I think you could get the price down a little.  LS-1 is the type of motor in it.  It's TECHNICALLY a 6 bolt main and they are good performance motors.

if it looks good and the power is good then yes
but if you like power and only power looks come after you have 350+ hp
then no you can get a car for less and more moter
