ignition switch

PLEASE HELP!!!!  MY KEY STICKS.  I BOUGHT A NEW LOCK AND I HAVE THE COLUMN APART BUT I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE OLD LOCK MECHINISM OUT!!!  HAS ANYONE HAD ONE OF THESE OUT? PLEASE HELP
