Time has come and i need to replace the hub bearings in my 2001 Impala. Both sides need to be replaced. Now I was quoted $300.00 per side, is this a good price, or should I continue my search?

seems a bit high but depends on how much the parts are, for most cars wheel bearing are around 120-160 each, and our shop rate is $95 per hour, at least hour each side so not to bad...

Just did my 2000 Impala, passenger side twice in two months. Purchased parts from Advanced Auto for $90 each, Grismer Tire offered to install for $50 a side. I get a discount because I am such a frequent customer, but don't imagine the regular price would be too much higher. So I would definitely say continue. These are Springfield, OH prices.

I need 2 on the front and did a price check from advanced auto parts and autozone and the run from about $139 to $150
