I bought this 2002 Impala from a guy for 6500 bucks as my winter car (
I also have a SRT-4), but anyways... It is parked outside and
the other morning I used the wipers to clear the windshield of snow,
and then they were like frozen up a little above the point where they
go when in use, so I pushed them back so they were all the way down
like where they are when they are off... Now when I used them
they are stuck up all the way like the farthest they extend if they
were wiping the windshield. Did I break them or are they just
messed up. How do you fix or is the best bet to go to a
dealer. HAs this happened to anyone else before.
