Hello everyone
I have a 2004 chevy IMPALA, which used to be a police car. The headlamps will not come on at all. I have checked the bulbs and they look o.k.
The fuses under the hood are fine too. The high beams are working fine. It is just the low beams that I am having problems with. The manual says that there is a headlamp breaker on the driver side dash fuse box, but I cannot find it. Can anyone help me diagnose the problem?

I believe you should be able to swap the RELAYs for the high beam and low beams. see if they come on....
so the fuse can be ok, but the relay would be bad. double check the # on the relay to see if you can swap.

turn out that it was the aftermarket stereo. I'm taking it to best buy to figure it out.
