Fuel Pump blowing fuse

I have a 2001 chevy S-10 and the problem I have is that it keeps blowing the fuel pump fuse. I have replaced the fuel pump BUT the problem is still there!! Does anyone have an idea what my problem might be??

you should check the fuel pump relay to see if it is messed up.
