not even higherlevel has these lights these are custom oem plug and play hid fog light bulbs ...................

These bulbs just plug into the OEM housing? It was my understanding that HID bulbs would generate too much heat in the housing.

Is there a ballast for the bulb? How doe's it work? Price?

technically the aftermarket industries refers them to h16. these hid fogs are a direct plug and play to your stock fog light housing .yes they come with a ballast kit these kits are an actual hid kit comes with 2 hid bulbs 2 ballast i have them in 6k and 8k (white and blue) .due to these being custom made i only have a limited amount but do to overwhelming emails i already have more being made as of right now i have 8 kits left.cost is $250 shipped

What year Tahoe are these lights for?

07-08 tahoes does NOT take 880 or 9145 they take a bulb that nobody makes but chevy shown in the first picture.

So are these lights for the 07 & 08 tahoe?

so what is the price and kelvin rating?
