Engine swap '95 with a '98

I am swapping a '95 2.2 OHV engine and tranny with a 2.2 engine and tranny from a '98. I have the harnesses and just about everything off the '98.
The wiring harness connector coming from the fire wall of the car has 5 wires less then the harness on the '98.
 I am working on tracing all the wires on each harness to see where the extras  may go and to make sure each wire belongs to the same component.
Any one have any knowledge or advice on this.
