drive train noise???

I have a 99 2wd ext cab. It is starting to whine from what seems to be either the rear end or drive shaft(u-joints or center hanger) it is only under a load. loudest at about 45 mph.Anyone have this problem? and if so what was it

Sounds like it may be a bearing.
