Thanks...it was actually really easy. Scissors cut through the molding. Measure and cut. The only hard part was back near the rear tires for the assist steps....the curve was a little more than the molding wanted to make and the double sided 3M tape could hold. BTW, the 3M tape is the entire width of the trim and is VERY strong. In order to secure the trim around the rear bend, I got some 3M trim glue (strong nasty stuff.....) and put it on the back of the trim over the 3M tape and put it in place and secured it with a LOT of masking tape. Let it sit overnight and I don't think it will ever come off again....especially as more time passes and the molding conforms to the new shape.

It looks very professional. I thought maybe it came from a pre-made kit.
By the Way, 3M tape is very strong - It almost works to well.
