chevy tracker 99 rear main seal

Any chevy mechanics out there? I looked at tracker forum but it is dead there, I need to know how hard it is to put a rear main seal in a 99 chevy tracker 2wd 5sp... any info would be helpful.... thanks

I have not done this but I think you should be able to do it fairly easily. The most you should have to do it lift it to tilt the oil pan enough to get it out. I have not had to do this on anything yet. I you get a Haynes book it should tell you. Chiltons is a little more descriptive but harder to read.
