?change frequency on keyless entry 2003 impala

I have a 2003 chevy impala with stock keyless entry.. I want to change the frequency of the system cuz the neighbors keeps unlockin my car with her remote...LOL

i think the dealer should be able to do that for you i know when we had new batterys put in ours they had to program it for us.
