Has anyone removed the jumpseat and replaced it with the standard Center console found in the LT and LTZ? We have an LS that we bought used and I really miss this function. I have been on the lookout for a cashmere console but wondered how difficult the install might be or if I should go against my better judgment and have the dealer do it.
Any advice is appreciated.

PS - Thanks for the tips on the sites for parts from here! I spoke at length with PartsZoneOnline.com and they were not only extremely helpful, but managed to find the accessories that I was looking for so I could have them in just a couple of days! I found that their prices were slightly less then gmpartsdirect.com...

An easy and straightforward installation, the console uses the same mount locations as the center seat, you just need to run a 12v wire to the outlet in the storage compartment if you plan to use it.
