Conversion

Hello, I am new to the forum and wonder if there is anyone here that has converted their Monte Carlo from the Computer Command Control system. I.e. Removed the computer system and replaced the distributor and carb to the old mechanical. My 1984 Monte Carlo with a 305 is having problems with the electronic controlled Rochester 4bbl carb. If there is anyone who knows how to convert back, please give me some ideas. Thanks Carl Classic Carl38353.4251388889

What was removed from the Computer control parts?  Isn't it just a simple put everything back on? 

 

Or why dont you get rid of the controled carb and get a machenical version?
