I have a question related to the Blower Motor Speed/Output on my 96 Tahoe.
With the AC on MAX the other day and climbing up a somewhat steep grade, when I put my foot into the Gar Pedal, the Blower Motor Output, all but DISAPPEARED, until I let off the gas and then it returned.

Funny thing is, that my Wife had a Dodge Ram Truck, Chevy Camaro and currently a Pontiac Trans Am and they all do it too!

Is there any explanation behind this?

Some vehicles will cut the A/C compressor at WOT to remove the drag on the engine but the fan is not supposed to quit.

Maybe "bubba" rewired the fan thru the compressor feed.
