Blinkers not working

Hi there I'm having problems with my blinkers On a 93 cavalier I replaced the fuses and the blinker relay and they still don't work the 4 ways work fine and on most other cars you use to be able to manually blink the signals but nothing happens at all no lights

if you have any suggestions that would be great

I have the same problem with my 1992 lumina. If you found a solution, could you please relay fix info to me? Thank you for reading. Am new member so if i missed any protacol, please forgive.
