blazer wont start

i have a 93 s10 blazer 4.3 vortec im pretty sure i have the timing right it gets good spark is getting gas but wont start it wont even backfire so if anyone can give me any help i would appreciate it

Howdy, Try spraying stater fluid in the throttlebody and see if it cranks. If it starts then your having a fuel
delivery problem.

Side Note:  This can be very dangerous and possibly start a fire.

Yes be very careful if you have to spray the throttle body.
 
If thats not the problem...
You think you have the timing right, you have a spark, and you have fuel. Next thing to check is compression. If you find that you have compression, you will want to double check your timing. Otherwise, make sure you intake is free and clear and make sure you are keeping the exhaust backpressure.
