Avalanche Head light issue

I have a 2002 North Face Edt. Currently my low beam headlights aren't working. My high beam and fog lights work fine, but my low beams aren't coming on. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestiopns of what might be the issue?

My first thought is that the bulbs burned out.
