Avalanche campers?

I just started my enthusiasm for the Avalanche, but cannot find anyone that makes a camper for this vehicle.
 
I know that SnugTop has a shell, and that Chevy has the tent - both of which I will get... But does anyone make a cab-over of any sort for the Av?
 
I went to the North American Truck Camper Owners Association forumns and found someone with the exact same question as myself.  Here is what one of the members replied: "I don't think the bed is strong enough for any camper. Also, the width is nonstandard at the top. One thing to remember is the body is a all one structure so the rear can't bend like a normal pickup."  Is anything this person said true?
 
Technical expertise in this field would greatly be appreciated.
 

seems like the bed would be too small.
