Does anyone know if the H3 size bulbs they use for automotive lighting (mostly fog lights) is the same as a H3 headlight bulb? I wouldn't think that light bulb manufacturers would use H3 to signify 2 different types of bulbs. IF they are the same they I do have a perfect solution for those trying to upgrade their fog lights to HID....
