Alarm/Keyless Entry Programming on 2003 S-10 ZR5

I own a 2003 S-10 ZR5 and for awhile when I would lock/unlock the doors with the keyless entry, the horn would honk and the lights would flash.Well,my niece got a hold of my keys and set the alarm off and I pressed unlock to disarm the alarm.Now my horn doesnt honk,but the lights still flash.I took it to the dealer and they couldnt figure out how to fix it.Anyone have any ideas??
