97 subrban rear air panel

Well I was changin the air condition from low to off on the rear seat panel and the knob snapped off. about a month later the other 2 knobs fell off. so I need a new panel, but I can't find the part number on it. If anybody can get me the part number or a link to a site that has it for sale pleas post. because i've been searching all day and found nothing. Thank You, #1SuburbanFan
