Hello every one first off i would like to say i have been checking out the forum for a bit and finally joined.
I am in the process of fixing up my 96 tahoe 2 door.
Its going to the Paint shop next week and i need ideas on how to trick it out.
What i mean is a place where i can buy parts like Molding, New grill, Light covers, side step bars ect ect
If there is anyone out here who has done a project like this, you input will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

IMO light covers and molding are pretty cheesy unless you like that kind of thing. I like things to be nice and smooth.
I would look Trenz for grills. They make some of the nicest billet grills.

I'm all about color matching. You could color match the door handles, mirrors, grill shell, etc.

What up man,
You may want to reconsider the moldings and steps, the advice the last guy gave you was pretty accurate with what you see lacing the covers of magazines, everything clean, and color-matched and or shaved. I also favor this look as you can tell, it just looks good. I took all the moldings and badges off my truck and looks cool it's subtle, but when you park in lots with cars on either side you will get dinged and or chip the new paint job, up to you, funtionalty over looks? Really it's just in the eye of the owner. Post some pics once it comes out of the shop
