92 cheyanne brake problem

I have a 92 cheyanne with a real soft brake pedal. I've bled my brakes and changes my master cylinder and the pedal still goes down to the floorboard, anyone have any ideas?

Did you check for leaks?
Bench bleed the new master cylinderbefore installation?

Especially check the rear wheel brake cylinders for leaks.
