Friends of mine that are an older couple that can not drive anymore want to sell me their 2003 IMPALA with 14k miles for $9,000. Car has most of the power options. They bought it new and it has never been wrecked or anything bad happen to it. They have serviced it very well, probably better than I would and it has always been kept in the garage. Is this a good deal???
