76 Impala...2gs

I saw a 76 Impala...2 Door Landu Top...all black..vinyl interior...i fell in love with it...Its got a 350...and the body has little rust compared to my 77 buick regal... My regal has a 350..buick motor in it and i love that car...my uncle gave it to me...for free. But I really want to have a decent looking car...both are. My regal just has more rust and body work...whereas idk about the Impala's motor. They said it needed a new differential in the rear end...and i saw a rebuild kit for 130.
 
I dont want to get a nice old car and then just sell it...im only 16. But what would yall do...
