What's the difference between a standard 5.3L and the 5.3L with "flex-fuel"?

"Corn Gas"? Flex Fuel vehicles use up to 85% alcohol which can be made from corn, blended with gasoline. The vehicle has special components in the fuel system to deal with the corrosive nature of the alcohol. If your vehicle isn't designed to use this fuel mix, don't use it!
