I'm looking to drop my 2007 Tahoe.(sexy black) Its sittin a little higher than I'd like. Well maybe its a California thing, But I like my cars and trucks slammed!
Ok purchased truck on Fri. the 17th of March. Sat 18th put 24" Dubs on it. All I need now is a good company who can drop my Tahoe in the Sacramento area. Like a shop who does custom high quality work. Can anybody make a referral?
Thanx

How is the ride with 24" rims??? and with size tires are you running??? I plan on getting 24" for my 07 Tahoe and want to know how the ride quality is???, also let me know what drop kit you get because I plan on droping my Tahoe also. I'm like you don't like that wheel gap between the tire and fender... Thanks!

From what I see, hear, and read about the McGaughy lowering kit, it looks pretty cool. They have 2/3 inch kit that has dropped spindles in the front and springs and shock extenders in the rear. They even work with the active suspension. I think the cheapest I've seen the kit on the web is about $408.00, but I can't remember what site it was on. The July 2006 Street TRuck magazine has an article showing how the kit is installed. It looks relatively EZ if you've ever messed with suspension mods. They advertize in a lot of the truck mags and you can find them on eBay. The following site sells the kit, good luck, let us know what you end up doing.
