Hey guys,
I am new to this forum, I just recently purchased a Black 2007 Tahoe LS 2WD. I would liketo see if anyone knew how to reprogram the keyless remotes since the dealer didnt do it when I purchased the car and asked me to come back during business hours. I dont feel like waiting for an hour or so while they reprogram them when I can do it myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated it.

Relearn Remote Key
This display allows you to match Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitters to your vehicle. To match an RKE transmitter to your vehicle, do the following:
Press the vehicle information button until PRESS TO RELEARN REMOTE KEY displays.
Press the set/reset button until REMOTE KEY LEARNING ACTIVE is displayed.
Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons on the first transmitter at the same time for about 15 seconds.
On vehicles with memory recall seats, the first transmitter learned will match driver 1 and the second will match driver 2.
A chime will sound indicating that the transmitter is matched.
To match additional transmitters at this time, repeat Step 3.
Each vehicle can have a maximum of eight transmitters matched to it.
To exit the programming mode, you must cycle the key to LOCK.

What does it mean by "cycle the key to lock"?

It means to turn the ignition to OFF and remove the key.

There is a TSB on some faulty transmitters for the factory, have your dealer check if your Tahoe is effected.
