I have an '03 S10 4x4 Crew Cab. The front pass seat has a rattle that drives me nuts! I've had it into the dealership many times for repair while under warranty. They have replaced the seat bottom, seat back and reclining mech w/ no luck. They said that's all they can do. I wrote a letter to the CEO and they called me back (which surprised me) and said that they checked w/ the dealer and they have no other suggestions. they offered me 2 yrs. of free oil changes and tire rotation. Big deal. I do that stuff myself.
Is anyone else experienced this??

What kind of rattle is it? Does it do it over bumps, all the time, is it loud, does it do it with no one in the seat or with someone in it? You sure it's not the door panel. Door panels on s-series rattle like a bitch. Mine when the get going can flex up to 1/2'' just going down the road.
O and just curious cause I saw you were in raleigh but which dealership did you take it too? Chris Leith?

Did you ever figure this one out??? I have an '02 Crew Cab that does the same freakin thing. It annoys the crap out of me.........
