On my way to work this morning turned on my wipers and the drivers side was slow to react at first then the damn thing took a hard left and went right off the windshield. Have I stripped the wiper arm or is this a more serious problem,if so does any1 know if this may be covered in my extended warranty?

try tightening the nut that holds the wipers arm down
