i have a 2000 model z71 with 75,000 miles. when the temp is in the lower 20's or colder, you have to crank multiple times for several minutes to get it to start...i changed the fuel pump, and the problem still persists...i need any help or advice anyone can give me...could this be the mass airflow sensor, or what do you think..

well i don't think so on the battery, here is where i am at...i recently changed the fuel pump, and the battery, cables etc...i have learned that if it starts cranking and hasn't started within 5 seconds on a cold morning, if i start jiggling the ignition, the headlights start flickering, and it will start right up.....do you think it is the ignition...and when it gets really cold maybe there is a bad connection or something..i do not know what a IAC is...anyhow what do you think...by the way i am now having to take the truck to the shop monday morning due to my transmission having sudden problems....
