1999 Venture brake lights blow

My daughters 1999 Venture brake lights keep blowing out. I have to change the bulbs every couple of weeks.

Can't figure it out, can you help ?

I have a 99 venture and had problems with the rear tail light wire housings that plugs into the board that all the tail lights are plugged into. Take off the rear tail lights and unplug the wire harness that attaches to the board and I bet the plastic is melted and burnt causing a short or overload.
